Kajepana Art is an independent art studio based in Sri Lanka operating the website www.kajepanaart.com. We sell original artworks and fine-art prints, and we accept commission requests.

• Commission requests: name, email address, phone number, the description and size of the requested piece, and any reference images you choose to share.
• Payments: payment is handled securely by PayHere. We do not collect or store card numbers or other payment details.

Payments on this website are processed by PayHere (payhere.lk). When you pay, your payment details are provided directly to PayHere under their own privacy policy. We only receive the confirmation that a payment was made.

Order and commission records are stored in a protected database with access limited to studio administrators. Reference images are handled by our image-hosting provider and shown through the protected studio workflow; they are not intentionally published in the public gallery or shop. Please only provide an image you have permission to share. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We use service providers to operate this website, including Supabase for data storage, Cloudinary for artwork and commission-reference image hosting, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for website hosting. They process only the information needed to provide those services under their own security and privacy terms.

This website uses a small number of cookies that are required for shopping functions, such as remembering the contents of your cart and allowing you to view the confirmation for an order you placed. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting requirements. Commission and enquiry details are kept for as long as they are relevant to our work together. You may ask us to delete personal information at any time.
